We are a small team based in North Carolina, and the tool on this site is the one the founder used to find property.
Where it started
The founder was a tax-foreclosure investor in North Carolina and learned quickly that the hunt was the hard part. To answer even the basics, each property had to be looked up by case number, by parcel number or by street address, and the answers a buyer actually needs were rarely there. Is the lot in a flood zone? How big is it supposed to be? Where exactly does it sit? What have homes nearby sold for?
So every property meant another round of searching, one at a time. The notes went into spreadsheets, and the spreadsheets grew into an application that, for a while, only the founder used.
The founder wanted to help friends and family find property of their own, so the tool became something that could be shared. Word got around, and the interest kept growing. That is how a private tool became a public one.
What it is today
The same tool, now available to the public. It tracks tax-foreclosure listings across 90+ North Carolina counties to date, updated daily, shows each sale date, and works out the upset-bid deadline and the minimum next bid on every listing in its upset window. Maps, watchlists, email alerts, rehab estimates and the courthouse packet come with it.

Our ground rules
Nothing on this site is legal, financial or investment advice. Listings can contain errors or go out of date, so verify every figure and deadline with the county and the court file before you bid, and talk to a professional when the stakes call for one. We would rather you check than trust us blindly.
